I love the the fact that we have 24-7 security, wonderful grounds maintenance and great amenities! But that just scratches the surface. Our condo is spacious with high ceilings, lots of light and a fantastic solarium/office space that has a huge half moon window with a gorgeous view of the beautifully kept grounds. I also love the fact we have two master bedrooms! It's great for kids, in-laws or guests. One of my favorite things to do is take a daily walk around the lake. It's a great way to start the day, get a mile in and catch up with neighbors. =B

the space, lighting, warmth, and flow of the home. I also love that we have tennis/pickle-ball courts and the pool on the lake just steps from our front door. I love the urban design and architectural themes of all the neighborhoods in our community and the resulting connectedness. Finally, I love that we are close to everything, especially the river, Goodby's Creek, and great restaurants and places to hang out and relax!
